Visited last year for IV therapy as I was traveling through the area. The best infusion I've ever had, specifically tailored to my needs. I wish I'd had time to add a float on that day. I can't wait to be back in the area for another treatment and to float in one of their beautiful tanks!

First of all, Dr. Josh and Megan are the best! They are a life-line and the best Ketamine clinic in the State of Kentucky. They truly understand mental health and they have gone above and beyond to help me. Ketamine is a live saving drug. I have tried another Ketamine Clinic and be far, Tri-State Progressive Health is the Best of the Best. If you are struggling with depression, this is the place to go! You will not regret it. They truly care and that’s hard to find!
