Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Customer Service I strongly advise against using Ideal Image in Bellevue for laser hair removal services. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, not because of the treatment itself—but due to the company’s unethical billing practices and complete lack of customer support. After sustaining an injury that prevented me from continuing treatment over one scheduled area, I was forced to reschedule my treatment. Despite notifying the front desk of my situation, the office continued charging me for services I was unable to receive. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was met with deflection, feigned empathy, and lack of managerial availability rather than real assistance. Now, because I am outside of their arbitrary 30-day return window—due to circumstances beyond my control—I have been told I do not qualify for any reimbursement. This policy feels like nothing more than a way to take customers’ money while ignoring legitimate concerns. A company that values its clients would work with them in good faith, not hide behind technicalities to avoid accountability. If you are considering laser hair removal, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. A business that lacks integrity in how it handles customer concerns is not one that deserves your time or money. Spend and shop wisely, Google.

I went to go and receive services in November, and during the consultation, I was told that my hair was too light for laser hair removal to be as effective. They told me to go home and think about it and whether I wanted to continue anyway, and I could receive a refund if I decided I didn't want to proceed. At this point, I was only out $230. I called a few days later and requested a refund. I was told that they would cancel my appointments, which would take 14 days, and then the refunds could be processed, which might take another 28 days. I called a few weeks later, as nothing had been done, and they told me the manager would reach out to me, which she never did. I kept on reaching out every couple of weeks, just to be told the same thing. During this time, money was still being withdrawn, and up to now, I've lost almost $1k for services that I cancelled and have not received. When I finally got in touch with the manager after months, she just said I couldn't receive a refund because I took too long to ask. EDIT: After another 2 and a half weeks without any communication, I am still no closer to getting my money back.

Laser hair removal has been very effective for me in several areas (including underarms + lower legs). It was the best decision I made last year. I just finished treatment six, and I didn’t even need to shave once since the last appointment. It can be extremely painful in some areas if the settings need to be high, but it’s over quick, and it doesn’t hurt afterward. Definitely worth the pain/money in my opinion. I don’t miss daily razoring or razor bumps. All the staff have also been friendly & knowledgeable (they have all been nurses doing the laser removal).

I’m impressed. I came from another location and was used to apathetic treatment by somewhat burnt out staff. However, I came to the Cincinnati location and was met with so much accommodation to my unique needs and cosmetic desires. I feel comfortable. I felt heard. Thank you!
