Dermatologists are hard to get into, and I expected long delays, wait times, etc. My new patient visit was better than any doctor visit I've ever had. Beautiful office, the doctor was waiting on my exam room BEFORE my appointment time, staff was incredibly friendly, and instead of pushing me off like is standard, they identified a need and performed a simple procedure on the spot. I don't like having a need to see a doctor, but this was an amazing experience.

Office waiting room is very open lots of seating with restroom and water fountain Doctors are pleasant great bedside manners everyone explains all treatments. Have a question just ask they will lead you down the right path and even fuss if your not wearing sunscreen

Dr. Richardson truly cares about his patients. He is very professional and keeps up with latest interventions. Explains options of treatment with a clear understanding. I have been a patient for some time now and will continue to entrust him with my health.

Everyone is so nice I have never had a bad experience there, I Love Heather she does a great job very thorough and she cares about her patients I would recommend her and your office to anyone.
