Dermatology Associates of Kentucky: Frankfort

I met with Dr. Jeter today and she was a breath of fresh air; extremely helpful and attentive, with a sense of humor to boot.

I called the office this morning to reschedule an appointment and I talked to the rudest "witch" in the world. I called 9/18/23 at 9:19 and spoke with "Angie" , a snarky, obnoxious, unprofessional lady. Why in the world do you have this lady answering the phone for your business? I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes to talk to someone on the phone, but waiting only to get to speak with Angie? NO thanks. I said I needed to cancel an appointment and she said the next appointment is March 20, 2024 .. I hesitated and said "Did you say March, 6 months away?" And she laughed and was just plain rude from there on out. I'm guessing with this lovely attitude, "Angie" has a Monday every day. I asked for her name and she waited several seconds before responding, so I'm guessing she gave me a fake name. This lady should not be working with the public. I'm sure you have the ability to review a call log and see who I dealt with. Read the other reviews, several patients agree. I'll find somewhere else to go.

Went in to get a suspicious spot looked at. I saw A. Ramsey in the office and she was incredibly helpful in dealing with a lot of my skincare concerns and helped me build a routine to try. I will update in 4 months after my next appointment. 5 stars.

The staff was a treat. Polite, reassuring and informative. I actually had fun at my appointment. Many questions were asked to create a thorough understanding of my condition, the treatment was patiently and clearly explained. After one day, I'm already noticing an improvement. Thank you all for your help!

It took them a while to get us back in the room and then took another good 30 minutes before they came into the room. The Doc was very nice and froze off a few warts and was able to comfort my child while she was doing so. We will continue to use this place for all our skin care needs!
