Cowan Dermatology

The first time I went here I was not very happy but the VA referred me to them again. As a disabled vet I usually just go where they tell me to. Cowan made feel like a second class person. After waiting in the over crowded waiting room for 45 minutes after my appointment time had passed and having to wait in line even to go to the restroom, I was taken back and when I tried to ask a question I was told that she was speaking and I needed to be quiet. I was very uncomfortable and felt as if I was not wanted there. I just got up and left. If they can’t manage to not schedule 4 people in each time slot I don’t feel they can be trusted to provide medical care.

I've been going here to get some sun spots taken care of. The staff is super friendly and understanding. The wait time has not been bad at all. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Give these good folks a try for your Dermatology needs.

Worst wait times ever!! ASKED IF THEY RUNNING Late! they SAID NO. 3 HRS LATER HERE I AM STILL WAITING because they wouldn't refund my co pay! Never again. I was Refused service because of my review

Very sweet staff, I have no complaints on that. I do however have a problem with waiting 4-6 weeks for biopsy results because physicians are too busy to look over and report to the patient. Also I have a problem with being lied to when calling to get results. I was told they weren’t back yet when I knew they were because it doesn’t take more than a few days to get results from the lab. This is poor health care. No patient should have to wait that long.
