Optimal Renew

My experiences with the staff at Optimal Renew at the Pain Institute have made my first experiences with Hormone Optimization and Cosmetic Injections wonderful. Shiloh and Dana are professional and knowledgeable while making each of my visits very personable. It's as if I am treated as family. I was very skeptical of Cosmetic Injections due to fear. Karen is professional, as well as warm and kind. She talked me through the entire process of getting both Botox and Filler before, during, and after my cosmetic injections. Her calmness and knowledge kept me relaxed and in control of my anxiety. The injections were not painless. However, Karen's hands are gentle and she keeps you relaxed during the entire process. Bottom-line, the results are amazing. If I had any doubts, Karen was there to answer them. Optimal Renew at The Pain Institute is the only place I have found that can provide the care that I need. Because of their care and knowledge, I am feeling like the best version of myself, inside and out.

I have been seeing Karen for my Botox for a couple years now and she has such a gentle touch and demeanor. She takes the time to make sure the placement and number of units are perfect, and is always willing to adjust/touch-up, if necessary (which it usually isn’t!) I always enjoy my sessions with her, and that’s saying a lot since she’s sticking needles in my face😉

I’ve had an amazing experience with my laser hair treatments at Optimal Renew in Hurstbourne. I’ve had excellent results and would highly recommend going there to everyone. Each time I’m there, I’m always met with smiling faces, details of where we’re at in the process, and I’ve always felt it was a very comfortable environment.

I absolutely LOVE the staff and all the services they offer!! I’ve been going there since they opened their Optimal Renew services years ago. From EMSculpt and laser hair removal to Botox/fillers and Biote pellets, they have it all! Karen is an absolute artist when it comes to your face. See my photos of my lips before/after!! They are EXACTLY what I wanted when I explained my goal to her. And who knew lip injections could be pain free?! Shiloh and Dana are extremely knowledgable regarding Biote pellets. They take the time at EVERY appointment to listen to any questions you may have and have perfected their the process of pellet insertion! It’s very obvious that they sincerely care about their patients. At 60 yrs old, they have all helped me look and feel so much younger!! They ARE the secret to the fountain of youth!!
