Absolutely love Kayla! She listens & offers practical advice. She knows how hard it can be to lose weight & is always encouraging. I’ve been in her weight loss program for about 7 months. In the past 30 yrs, I’ve done every imaginable weight loss program & it’s always a struggle. I can’t believe how easy this has been to lose weight on her program. I'm consistently losing weight every week, and know my goal weight is achievable.

The facility is always very clean and presentable. I have not encountered any problems with procedures not being followed. Their prices are very reasonable. They offer appointment text/email reminders. They also accept cards.

I have been in the weight loss program with Bluegrass Beauty (Kayla) for a few months now and have been really happy with the results. The weight loss has been slow and steady but it gives my body time and not dropping too quick!
