After spending a majority of my life with back pain and insecurities, I booked a free consultation at Lexington Plastic Surgery on a whim, expecting nothing to come of it. Dr. Gerstle was so down to earth and truly made me feel seen and understood. I went home that evening determined to make this breast reduction happen. Dr. Gerstle and his staff have been amazing every step of the way, always attentive and ready to answer any and all of my questions. My surgery and recovery was seamless. I just had my 1 month post-op check up today and couldn’t be happier. The back pain that had become a part of life has disappeared overnight, I haven’t had a single headache since (was used to about 3 a week), and I just feel so much more confident. Nov. 18th may have been a typical Monday for them, but it was life changing for me! I’m so glad curiosity got the best of me and led me to Lexington Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Gerstle and his team are amazing! I am two months post-op from having a tummy tuck and a breast lift and augmentation, and I look and feel amazing!! Any question or concern that I had I could text Dr. Gerstle day or night and he would always respond. I had breast reduction with a bit of liposuction done on my upper thighs, all done at the same time. Can’t give LPS a higher recommendation. Dr. Gerstle and his staff consistently provided exceptional care throughout my surgery and recovery. My only regret is not having the procedures done sooner. A++++

I can not say enough good things about Dr Gerstle and his team, I had already decided I was Getting a breast augmentation. I just Had to find the right Doctor and facility. I researched For awhile and when I found Dr Gerstle, I set Up a consult and immediately knew he was the one. This facility is 3 hours from my town, but it’s well worth driving for. He genuinely cares about his patients and likes to help people feel good about themselves. Him and his staff make you feel so comfortable! Even during surgery I had a great experience. Post surgery was great, no bruising at all and no issues. I’m two weeks post op now and doing great! They look great and natural, which is what I wanted. I highly Recommend him for any of your plastic surgery needs. I will Be a repeat patient :) Thank you Dr Gerstle for your amazing handiwork!
