I’m so blown away by Luxe Lounge. Everyone has been so kind and professional. Just exceptional customer service. I’m very new to the skincare world and was a bit apprehensive going into it. But these ladies totally know their stuff. Rachel offered great expert, practical advice when she did my consultation. Josie did such a wonderful job when she did my facial; very clean, gentle, effective work. This was my first ever professional skincare service and I felt totally comfortable with all the communication and information they offered. Both recommended some great products that I swear already make a difference in how I look and feel. So many great things to say about Luxe Lounge! I can’t wait to go back 💖

Luxe Lounge MedSpa is amazing! The staff is super friendly, and the whole place is so clean and comfortable. Josie was the best—she’s so sweet and easy to talk to! She gave me the best lash lift I’ve ever had, and I’m obsessed with how they turned out. Definitely recommend!

I walked into this spa with high hopes and even higher eyebrows (from an injector who is super sweet but her aim is, well, "off"). The Universe led me to Luxe Lounge and I will forever be grateful. The front reception area is clean and modern and the receptionists are welcoming. Alyssa was my injector and she explained exactly what I needed and offered cost effective solutions. She is full of knowledge and had a non-judgmental view of the previous work I had done. I felt comfortable with her and I'm looking better than I have in a long time. And, my brows are looking so much better! Go see her. Seriously.

I had a 10/10 experience here with Savannah. She was very nice, very informative and very honest. The whole staff was very nice and the girl at the front desk was so sweet as well. I love the packages and deals they have when you become a member it’s definitely worth it. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my first visit.
