I always have the best experience here! The staff are welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The building is easy to find and is a great, relaxing environment. My esthetician, Morgan, always does a wonderful job! She is attentive, friendly, and truly cares about her profession and ensuring I am always taken care of during every appointment. She lets me know if there are any problem areas and always recommends routines to help accordingly. Definitely recommend her and Skin Secrets for all your self-care needs!

I am writing for my 3 complete sessions of RF microneedling service which cost me $2120 without any results and the last session was 2 weeks ago. I had microneedling experience 3 times before in another SPA center. I called skin Secrets in July to purchase monthly membership. The secretory told me that I can have free consultation and she gave me some prices on phone about microneedling because I decided to use this service there. I had my consultation appointment for 10 min which again I got more prices as I attached the photos here. The consultation didn’t help me. However, the licensed Esthetician recommended Rf Microneedling for my face and she told me it will be effective to decrease lines on my face significantly if I have it 3 times. I couldn’t make decision at that time so I left and told her I will call you back. After 20 min, someone called me from Skin Secret and asked about my card number to charge me $53 for a meeting without any pictures from other patients or anything to help me except the prices and some small recommendations. I trusted the Esthetician recommendation and start doing RF microneedling. However, lines on face started being deeper and no significant results on fine wrinkles. The last session when I mentioned about poor results to Esthetician, she mentioned that with botox I cannot see any lines which I already knew that how botox remove lines and I had three past good experience about BOTOX with Skin Secret. I decided to share this experience because I thought that when I spend $2120 for a service at least I can see a small difference. However, I didn’t. I saw a significant improvement on my face after a week from my past microneedling+plasma service in another spa center, but not here in Skin Secret.

They have had to cancel my last 2 appointments, yet have no problem making sure my monthly payment goes through. They came highly recommended but I am very disappointed in my experience.

First visit and I was super nervous! Dr. Lagrew and Mary Beth answered all of my questions and were SO kind. After my treatment Mary Beth sat with me to ensure I was confident about my treatment before I left. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Such a great experience and will definitely be back!!
