I have been getting laser hair removal from Ideal Image Louisville for 2+ years and have nothing but positive things to say! The facility is beautiful and clean, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire experience is always quick, easy, and I leave feeling great about myself and the services provided. Prices are great compared to other companies I looked at and the results have changed my life. Highly highly recommend going in for a consultation if you have ever been interested in laser hair removal!

I have been doing laser here for over a year and just had my first Botox experience! The staff made the Botox experience super comfortable and easy. They are super friendly and amazing to work with and the results of all treatments are absolutely worth it. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I'm now a two time client of Ideal Image in Louisville! Many years ago, I had laser hair removal on my face with excellent results and was so happy with it, that I decided to come back to get a small area on my back treated. The staff is extremely helpful and explains the process to make sure you are comfortable while being treated. They work with you to schedule follow up treatments at a time that works for your schedule. Each staff member that I have interacted with has been friendly and personable and ensures you are taken care of while waiting for treatments. I have recommended Ideal Image to many people and will continue to send friends and family their way when I'm asked about my treatments.

I too believe that all touch-ups should be cheaper. After paying so much for the initial treatments you would think they would be. $150 for my face touch up is a bit pricey. Especially for someone who doesn’t even get to see the full advantage of laser hair removal due to PCOS. But it is what it is. I received treatments on my face, bikini, legs (below knee), and butt crack. All are hair free besides my face and bikini. I think that has to do with the fact I had to pause my treatments due to being stationed in Greece. Also bc of the PCOS. The only treatment I have done at this facility is my face touch ups. I have had 2 so far and have another scheduled. The staff is super nice! The place is clean and well kept. They even had my favorite Costco cookies in the lobby. I recommend laser hair removal at Ideal Image to everyone I meet. Even for someone like me who has a hormonal imbalance, I still recommend it.
