Louisville Laser Med Spa

I recently visited Louisville Laser for a laser hair removal treatment touch up, and it was a terrible experience. During the session, the technician was careless and unprofessional, resulting in severe burns to my armpits. The pain was excruciating, and the aftermath left me with blistered, discolored skin. What’s worse, when I reached out to address the issue, the staff was dismissive and offered no genuine apology or solution. I expected a high standard of care and safety, but unfortunately, that was far from what I received. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering laser hair removal, please look elsewhere for a provider that prioritizes the safety and well-being of their clients.

I was told so many different things by different techs in the back rooms on what to do, and what not to do during treatment. No one ever knew what area I got done and I had been going there for FOUR YEARS. Guess what guys??!! The area treated for that many years still has hair there so..? I will admit- it’s nothing like before the treatment, but I will have to go somewhere again to get the area re- treated. I only remember ONE woman there in the back that had half a brain.

I purchased 6 or laser hair removal sessions for my underarms and upper leg hair - when I purchased the package I was not told this was only partial treatment (full is more around 20+ treatments). I would NOT have purchased the package having known this. I completed the 6 treatments and still have full growth on both areas. They also were inconsistent with the machine they used for treating my armpit which probably gave for different results. On the contrary, the staff and management were very kind and easy to work with compared to another laser company I had used prior. Overall, with the package for full hair removal with Louisville laser, I would recommend paying the same price and going with Milan or Ideal.

I was super nervous & a little intimidated by the laser tattoo process before having my first session. As a whole Louisville Laser was very...welcoming! The ladies were caring, friendly & professional. The process was quick. I can't say painless but no pain no gain, right? I chose the no numbing option so was to be expected. I can't wait to go back in 8 wks & continue my journey with Louisville Laser. Thanks again guys!

I bought the laser hair removal treatments for my legs and feet. I feel like the technicians here do a much better job than at other laser places I have been. The other treatments did not take like the ones here at Louisville Laser. Maybe they didn't have the power turned up enough? Either way, the staff is awesome and I will definitely come here again.
