I have seen Tiffany for over 7 years now she is the most amazing doctor and truly cares for her patients! The staff are always helpful and overall it’s just a great office to be at! The staff at radiant care about you as a whole person you aren’t just a name on a list !

I probably would have left a 5 star review here when I saw Tiffany and Brittany (who is no longer working here) before their building expansion years ago. I had my complaints before (they never answered the phone) but after Brittany left and they started hiring new people (who never seem to stay long) I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. It seems like they used to have a focus on nutrition and take a holistic approach. They used to spend time with their patients. They used to seem like they actually cared. I’ve been coming here for 6 years and I don’t feel like they care or value me as a patient any more. I could type 7 paragraphs about why but I don’t need to waste my time doing that. If things were like they used to be here I would still be coming back but I’m finished. Just suffice it to say that I don’t want to come here any longer.

I went with my daughter for an initial appointment and when we left she said she was never going back. Starting with the ladies at check in , to the nurse practitioner, and all the way to the end at check out were just unwelcoming, slightly rude, and very unfriendly We couldn’t wait to get out of there. I don’t think one person smiled while we were there. I wish we would have read all The bad reviews before we went. It would have saved us time and a copay.
