The Spa at MPS

The Spa at MPS is truly remarkable! From the time you walk in the doors, you are greeted by the sweetest staff and surrounded by the most beautiful office. It truly is the perfect escape from normal life into a day of luxury and pampering. They educate you thoroughly on the services you are receiving and are there for any other future service questions. I received the MPS facial and it was divine! From beginning to end, I felt so relaxed and well taken care of. I was already planning when I’d be back. Thanks to the amazing staff at Mays for a great experience !

In August 2024 I had a mommy makeover by Dr Mays. His team was the kindest group of individuals I’ve ever encountered. They were very informative on what to expect, compassionate and answered all questions no matter how big or small they were. Dr Mays was also amazing. He was up front and honest. He gave me the boost and confidence to love myself all over again. I recently had the Cool Peel Fusion by Ashley. I can’t say enough kind words about her. She was very informative and talked me through the entire process step by step. She was also very patient with me asking the same questions multiple times. MPS & Spa is a place full of kind people who always makes me feel welcomed starting as soon as you walk in the front door.

I was given the gift of a facial with Ashley. I haven't had a facial in over 20 years. This was a lovely experience. Ashley was knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. She answered my questions and said I could reach out at anytime. MPS is a beautiful space, perfect for the relaxing services customers are seeking. The staff was courteous and helpful. I'll be back.

I can’t say enough great things about MPS! From the facility to the staff, whenever I’m there it feels special. Katlyn is the patient coordinator, she is never without a warm smile and very helpful with all the logistics. I see Trina for my injectables. I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else. She always listens to my needs/wants and delivers the best results. I recently met Ashley and so glad I did! She provided my first laser service and 1 week out I’m already raving about the results. She patient, knowledgeable and instantly makes you feel comfortable.

Trina is amazing! I have been seeing Trina exclusively for my toxin injections since MPS first opened. Trina is extremely knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and address concerns, and she is very gentle. Whereas other injectors may cause pain, Trina’s definitely an “Expert Injector”, as I have very minor discomfort with her technique. I see Trina every four months without fail and she always remembers me and our past conversations. Trina truly cares about her patients and will ensure you understand all treatment options before making any decisions. The Spa at MPS is the best in Louisville!
