Rejuve Medical Spa

I was a patient here for over 7 years and my experiences are mixed. I like Stacey but I have to say her staff is very disorganized and policy changes are not communicated very well. I also feel like she takes on too many patients or has too many other responsibilities in that building. I have had to wait months for appointments and my hormones were always bottomed out. I finally had enough when they canceled my July appointment and pushed me out to October. I found another provider in Newburg at Mercy Urgent Care. Kim and Gina seem great and I got my bloodwork and my pellet all in the same week! I’m super excited to see how I feel getting my pellet on a regular 3 month basis instead of waiting 4-5 months.

Excellent place! Very friendly staff! I had a problem getting my prescription to the pharmacy, and I had to call both places many time. However, they were understanding about the entire situation!

Stacey Head is the best. She listens and gives great feed back. MA was also great and gave great feedback to my concerns.

I have mixed feelings after being a patient for several years. I definitely love my practitioner Stacy Head and the services she provides. She does a very competent job and takes time to listen and answer questions. Unfortunately the practice itself does not appear to be very well managed. The turnover among staff is huge, they appear to be frequently short staffed, and the telephones are totally mismanaged. Several medical practices in the building share a single receptionist who seems totally overwhelmed and cannot handle the call volume So it goes to voicemail and so many messages pile up that it takes many days for anyone to call you back and you usually end up leaving many frustrating messages until someone finally calls but it is practically impossible to get through. If it weren't for that I think their patients would be much happier.

I had the MiraDry done and Stacey was AMAZING! Told me step by step what was going to happen and made sure to meet with me prior to my appointment to let me know what to do a couple days before to make the procure go smoother! I will definitely be going back to the clinic to get more work that they provide! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
