Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. First of all I was told that Dr. Hall doesn’t see new patients when I made my appointment. I waited 28 days from there for my appointment. The waiting room was so full that there wasn’t a single seat. I went to the window and the receptionist never looked up. After a few minutes I got her attention and asked her where I should sign in and she said they only talked to people at the other window. After about an hour of waiting in the most crowded waiting room I’ve ever seen the nurse who did my intake was rude. The physicians assistant was beyond rude. And nothing was resolved with the issue I was having with my skin.

If you have medicade they discriminate against you and will not make you an appointment, even if you tell them you will pay cash just to see the PA. I was told "since you already told me you have well care we can not book you an appointment." How is this legal? So when they ask what type of insurance you have don't tell them or they won't see you. Otherwise plan on driving two to three hours to see a different dr. However, Dr Hall is a good Dr but I think this is quite unprofessional.

By far the best experience I ever had at a Dermatologist. The PA was Super knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have been seeing Dr Hall for one year. He is knowledge and takes his time. I am so happy I was referred to him.

Dr. Hall & his staff have great knowledge & much experience in skin care both medically & cosmetically...Highly Recommend!
