Had an appointment there on Thursday 1/18/2024, and the front desk ladies were cool and efficient. I was nervous reading the reviews because they were written by white women so naturally as a Black Woman I expected thee worse but it was nothing of the sort. Cindy the nurse who looked at my skin was lovely, and she took her time to listen. This place for me was a don't judge a book by it's cover moment in a great way. Nice location too.

Love the entire staff! The negative reviews surprised me because the staff has gone above and beyond for my family.

The only dermatologists office that my family will go to. We even moved to Indiana and Still make the drive. Great staff and great customer service 😊

I had a fabulous experience there today as a new patient. I went in for a skin check, but for some reason they didn't have that in their notes so there wasn't really enough time allocated. However, they made it work on their end and I didn't have to come back! Sydney and the rest of the staff took great care of me! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly , efficient and very personable. I never felt rushed or like I was just another number to them. I am bringing my Little Mama (she's 88) to see them later this month - so you KNOW I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I absolutely love Dr. Weiss and give her 5 STARS because she's the best, but I'm over the front desk being so rude the majority of the time. Some are sweet, but there's two women in particular that make it seem like it's an inconvenience whenever I call or come in. Today I called because I hadn't heard back about my prescription, and the front desk quite literally huffed on the phone and sounded so irritated that they had to redirect my call or even talk about anything. I, too, work in healthcare and I get that people are burnt out or understaffed especially after the pandemic, but it's no reason to ever treat someone with disrespect or annoyance ESPECIALLY if that patient is treating you with kindness and understanding. I also never leave reviews because it's typically not worth it but today I was tempted to ask the woman "are you ok" because she was just unnecessarily rude. DO BETTER FOR THE PATIENTS.
