I requested an itemized receipt 4 times since Feb 28th for my HRA. Each time I was told it would be emailed to me and I provided two different email addresses. I called early this morning and was interrupted immediately by Leah when trying to explain my situation. I was then told they can't provide the receipt because the doctor still hasn't finalized the notes. I asked for a manager. I tried to explain the situation to her so that my HRA card doesn't get turned off. She also immediately started interrupting me. Definitely switching providers. Don't waste your time here. Save yourself the frustration and find a better provider.

Today was a head to toe check for skin cancer. First time I've ever had this done. I was very nervous. First off, time I waited to be seen was wonderful. My appt was at 1130 they called me back around 1143. Front desk people were so kind. Nurse Stacy was the absolute best!!! She helped calm my nerves and I felt we were long lost friends. The doctor was Breanna. She was equally as nice and calmed my fears. It was the easiest doctors visit I've ever gone too. At check out, I met another nice young lady who helped me make a 1 year appt. She was just so nice!!! Everyone at this office was a 10 out of 10!!!!

I am so disappointed in this practice. I was headed to an appointment for my daughter and came across a wreck so I had to go a different way. I called the office immediately and told them we would be 10 minutes late. I drove 30 minutes and arrived 11 minutes late. They called my phone when I was in the parking lot and said we would have to reschedule. Zero flexibility or consideration for patients. I will not be returning.

Very unprofessional and rude! Made a appointment tried too reschedule the woman said since it wasn't a 48 hour notice 50.00 dollar charge BS and too top it all off I had a appointment jan 2023 that I canceled she said I didn't canceled it so that was 100.00 dollar's I owed them needles too say I will never revisit this practice again.....

I LOVE Dr. Yatsuknenko! She is so thorough, she listens and explains each step of what she is doing, always makes sure your questions are answered. Her nurses are also wonderful and the receptionists too. She is the best of the best! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants outstanding care!
