Terrible. Poor communication. They don’t answer phones. They schedule appointments for nothing. Even after diagnosis you will be guessing on what to do. Extreme incompetence. Terribly ran. NP seems knowledgeable, however execution after cancer diagnosis was beyond poor.

I always have problems with scheduling here. Never had a problem anywhere else. Do not recommend

I was a little skeptical because of previous reviews. But everyone working there was very nice professional and efficient. I was very pleased with my experience there.

So my appointment time was for 230, I arrived at 210, they called me to the back at 228, I sat there until 3pm then I left. I’ve been to several of this branch offices and by far this have to be the worst one. Excessive wait and the room was dirty.

Good luck making an appointment because it’s next to impossible to get them on the phone. And then when you actually have an appointment and you’re ON YOUR WAY they call 10 minutes before to cancel it. I would never step foot in this place if I didn’t have to. It’s the only place that will accept my insurance so unfortunately I do not have a choice. It’s dirty and disgusting inside. The “doctors” don’t even actually examine you and look half asleep. There were some very nice staff members but I’ve been needing a refill for over a month and cannot get a hold of them. If you can help it.. don’t go here
