Grafton Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

UPDATE: I called Grafton today 3/10/2025 asking to see another Dr. and was told I am not allowed to see any Doctor at any one of their locations because I left a bad review!! This place is a joke!!! I just left this establishment in tears. I was seen by Denton “Luke” Paige and honestly have never felt so embarrassed in my life. I came in with a rash on my knees that has been spreading and he legit laughed in my face and said “it looks like normal knees to me” I responded “that doesnt look like a rash to you?” he continues laughing and says “i mean does it bother you does it itch?” I said no but it is clearly a rash and the way it looks concerned me. He continued to laugh and still called me in a cream but it looked like “normal knees” worst experience ever. I was so embarrassed he is beyond rude I can't believe he’s allowed to call himself a doctor. Imagine going to a doctor with a concern and being made fun of for it

Missed 3 appointments and they told me I was discharged sadly as a owner of a business that is very busy I can assure you this place is not where you want to be a patient as for they never told me anything until now and I missed plenty of appointments at multiple doctor offices because LIFE happens this is first time I’ve had this happen I’m taking me and family elsewhere And you should too.

We had a dermatology appointment for our 8 year old grandson. We were seen by Denton "Luke" Paige. He was arrogant, disrespectful, insulting and a complete waste of our time. My wife literally cried on the way home, a 4 hour drive. I recommend no one go there and his license be revoked. Complete misdiagnosis, Said we had fleas in our house, that's the problem. What a jerk.

I highly recommend getting all details on payment. I was 37 weeks pregnant trying to get a simple mole removed. She explained the payment process as I was self pay. No insurance. $100 for cosmetic removal and $50 for any others removed after. I originally went it to get 2 removed. She explained that the one on my face would more than likely come back due to the fact that I was pregnant. Fine. Whatever. So she removed just the one and said “I’ll send it off as medical that way you’re only paying $65.” 2 weeks later I get a bill from an outside pathologist for $100. So I called grafton. She explained that whenever there isn’t a pathologist in the office, they send it off to a partnered company. I never authorized to send it off. I had absolutely no problem paying the cosmetic fee to begin with. I really hope they have better explanations to patients. Will not be referring or returning. 😌👍🏼

I was told by my Humana Medicare plan would not have to pay a co pay..Went to check in, & was told I had to pay $45 to see the doctor. I was very upset & said I'm sorry but could not pay the $45 & wouldn't be able to see the MD. I was then told I could no longer be seen as a patient very rudely & unconcerned 🤬
