I had a very pleasant experience here today. Staff was polite and professional. Megan was very knowledgeable and sweet, assessed my issue and removed a cyst I had behind my ear with no problem.

If I could give no stars I would. First off when I walked in the front desk lady was nice. Then we get in a room wait a little bit. The doctor comes in not even looking a my child and says oh yeah she has vitiligo. Then proceeds to ask what arm. He was rushing through everything I could barely understand what he was saying. Then say a nurse is coming right in to do first treatment. Sat there waiting over 30 minutes. Finally peek my head out to try and find a nurse no one in site with empty rooms. Ask the front desk lady if she can find out what treatment they are waiting on because I do have another appointment. The room we were at was at the front and she never asked. Finally have waiting 20 more minutes I say we have to leave. The nurse finally came up and said let me look at her chart. Only to be told we don’t have that treatment it has to be ordered. So we were sitting in the room all that time for nothing. Horrible communication. I would at a doctors office and we know what and why a patient is still in the room. Then call to talk to the office manager and never got a call back. The office seemed not as kept up either. Never again!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Sally Benyahia I don’t know what she doing I keep coming back for treatments and my face looks the same she doesn’t have the knowledge to answer my questions at this point is my fault for keep coming in I was hoping she knew what to do or say. Now I gotta walk around with these same spots on my face this place need a new management or people that are knowledgeable about their business especially if you went to school for it. Please save your money and skin go somewhere else

Horribly disappointing. Several years ago I went to this office. Had a growth on my hand and the young woman performing the procedure was very inexperienced. I had expected a PA or physician to complete this task. Never again.

The worst experience! He was very unprofessional, and he seemed to be like he didn't know his profession. Every time we ask him something, he gets nervous and never gives us an answer. Just don't go there you will waste your time and money.
