You are asked to authorize and initial fees for services before speaking with the doctor so you do not know what you are agreeing to. I joined the weight loss program and spent around 1500 and was told it covered one year of weekly office visits. You do not see the doctor for these visits only to go over test results. You will not receive any type of formal brochure that shows the pricing of the program and what it covers. However, you have to pay extra for the actual weight loss products. If you ask a medical question that's a separate fee. There are many ala carte doctors around now and so i thought for the $1500 i was getting a doctor to oversee my health and weight loss journey. I filled out the same paperwork 2x in one month because they were "updating their files". I have medical insurance that covers me to ask my doctor questions and for office visits to discuss concerns. My other doctors have never charged me extra to discusd weight loss. I was told if i was dissatisfied for any reason i could reveive a refund but that is not the case. I went here for a specific reason. I have a primary care physician that can run the same tests and review them with me and not charge $1500. Everything is a seperate cost and visit. I missed appointments with my own clients due to excessive weight times at this office. I am still not sure what the weight loss program actually is or what I paid for because what I received for the amount paid did not come close to $1500. I was desperate and fell for it.

4 years ago after my husband's primary doctor closed his practice, my husband without any references choose this " doctor". I came to one of his appointments and was seeing lady without doctor attire, loud music around and small dogs running the hallway. She misdiagnosed my husband very badly. Instead of goldstone removal he needed to take care of cancer !!!! There wasn't "0" to grade her......

Dr Burkenstock is a wonderful Doctor and has an excellent staff. She is always on top with my medical Issues and has the best bed side manners. Every time you go to her office, you are greeted with the friendliest staff and they go out of their way to help you. I highly reccomend Dr Burkenstock!!!

Dr. Burkenstock is very caring, listens to you, without cutting you off, She has a Warm Heart. I’m am having Allergy issues, I went to 3 Doctors, before seeing her.i called her office and they got me in that evening!!! She Is Wonderful!

dr b is a lifesaver. Tested and gave me supplements for my thyroid, gave me energy back. Got veins zapped, it only took one time and they are still gone, minimal scarring. She does two treatments for the price of one for leg spider veins, injects a chemical and then zaps w laser. Painful, I'm not going to lie, but wow, really effective. Am going to get PRP next. She's awesome and thorough. Her staff is really nice, sometimes disorganized, LOL, but really friendly and helpful. She takes time to talk to you about your concerns, only gives you treatments that you want, doesn't try to do a sales job. She sincerely wants the best for the women she works with and she researches everything to death, which I love. She also really listens. I would highly recommend her.
