I've been a patient of Dr. Barbara Bopp for various services such as hormone therapy, laser hair removal, and lip filler. Every member of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient. You truly feel like you're family upon entering their doors! The overall message of approaching wellness and longevity is at the root of every appointment. I trust Dr. Barbara and her staff with my health and know that they have my best interest at heart.

I have been a patient for man years I have seen both Dr. Felix and Dr. Barbara Bopp. Dr. Felix removed a cyst in my eyelid and I was very happy with his work. Dr. Barbara has treated me for rashes and contact dermatitis in the past. In November, I had a severe reaction, hives and welts covered my entire body. They gave me an appointment the same day I called. Dr. Bopp was caring, knowledgeable and sensitive to my painful condition. I am still dealing with the damage done to my skin from the severe reaction, and I visited Dr. Bopp again last week to help me and once again her medical treatments have given me relief. I highly recommend this office if you need treatment for sensitive and reactive skin. I have also had laser treatments many times over the years with Christine. I am very happy with her treatments and the results.

Dr. Bopp's office is my fountain of youth! She and her staff are knowledgeable, kind, and a pleasure to work with. I first heard about Dr. Bopp from a friend about 8 years ago, she absolutely raved about her and what she had done for her skin. I recommended Dr. Bopp to another friend of mine that was suffering far worse acne than I. She worked with Dr. Bopp, followed the regimen prescribed, and was cleared up in less than 6 months. It turned out that my friend had food allergies that she'd never even considered. Personally, I suffered with terrible acne throughout my 20's and desperately needed an intervention in my 30's. I had been to two different dermatologists, neither helped to identify the cause nor prescribe a sufficient solution. Dr. Bopp helped me to discover that my acne was stress related so it's not quite as easy to control with a change of diet. However, Dr. Bopp and her staff work closely with me to keep it under control. The Laser Genesis that I receive from Christine has been absolutely transformational! My skin is gorgeous because of it and so we keep it as an integral part of my regimen. The confidence that I have gained from the improvements in my skin have not only encouraged me to continue treating and caring for myself with Bopp Dermatology but it also has opened up a world of possibilities that I look forward to exploring as I age. I Love Love Bopp Dermatology! I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Barbara Bopp and I cannot rave enough about my experience. Dr. Bopp and her incredible staff of nurses made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my procedure. One of her nurses held my hand as I was a little nervous and Dr. Bopp walked me through every step of the procedure. I was informed of the exact cost and exactly what to expect as far as swelling and bruising. I will definitely be back in the near future!

I'd gone some weeks ago for an info session on what treatments were available for the type of skin aging that I am experiencing now at 60. I was not prepared for the "shopping channel" experience that I was then led through by a young woman. It was an hour plus barrage of information and selling points. I took it with a grain of salt, remained open, and thanked them when I left for their time. I was given a "treatment plan" by Dr Bopp, and the girl who assisted, wrote out the steps for me by hand. I still had some retinol cream I was using up before considering purchasing into their Obagi treatment system, so I did not immediately purchase their products. Six weeks later, yesterday, while I was close to their office, I decided to go by and purchase the Obagi products that Dr B Bopp had recommended I start with. I called, made a CC purchase over the phone, and went to collect my items. When I got home and unpacked them and read the instructions, one step was unclear. When I called the office just now and spoke to the girl who I'd purchased the products from, I was basically told quite rudely that I needed to read the instructions that were written out for me the first time I was there. And did I not remember what Dr Bopp had told me about it? No, with the hour plus selling info session six weeks ago, of course I did not remember everything that Dr Bopp or her assistant had said to me. And this information was also not written out in the hand written steps I'd been given at the time, as she seemed to think. It was shaming and discounting behavior. Conclusion: if you want me as a customer, you need to work on your CS skills.
