Besides doing a fantastic mohs surgery procedure on the right side of my face, Dr. Keith LeBlanc and his stuff went out of their way to help me out. I am traveling the country, so not to hold me up, Dr. LeBlanc and his receptionist Cindy set me up with a referral doctor at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas to remove my stitches. They have an answering service where you cannot speak to a live person to schedule an appointment. The message itself sounds like the person is frazzled and overworked and then no one ever calls you back.
