The people at this Office have been very nice, my Dr. is awesome and the nurses are amazing. I didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes after I got checked in. Everyone I have encountered here is super polite and nice and you feel welcomed and you feel valued. And they do care about you and your health concern.

Dr. Romero has been my doctor for several years (ever since Dr. Resneck retired). He is the best! Always compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. I'm so pleased Dr. Romero is my doctor and I have every confidence in his knowledge of my diagnoses.

The sign in staff is respectful and thorough. I am always excited to visit DSS! Dr. Heard and his staff are so professionally competent, courteous, considerate, and caring! My concerns are never ignored and the results to my visits very positive! I even look forward to seeing the appointments lady when I check out she is so pleasant and encouraging!! Keep up the great work!

My doctor was very personable and putting me at ease about my procedure. The procedure itself was painless, however I felt pressure while he was removing the cancer. I was told beforehand that I would experience pressure. He talked to me the whole time making me feel as if this was very routine and all was well. And then it was over!

I usually have to wait longer for these appointments however, the wait is worth seeing Dr. Clemons. He is always very busy and usually running behind. He is worth the wait and he takes whatever time he needs with me and it always feels personal. The staff is polite and friendly so no complaints there overall I would never want to go to a different Dermatologist than Dr. Clemons.
