Great staff and Dr. He listen to my problems and solves them in a timely manner. The staff is helpful, I was 20 minutes late for an appt and had to reschedule. They got me in the next day without a problem. The front desk explained that I was more then 15 minutes late and I needed to reschedule because his other appointments had checked in. No problem for me because they was friendly in explaining the policy. If someone had not showed up then I could have taken they appt. They respectful, and helpful.

Wow. Such friendly staff members. I had to cancel my appt. at the last minute (child hurt at school). The receptionist was so understanding, and compassionate. She rescheduled me for tomorrow morning, without hesitation. I'm looking forward to my appointment.

First visit here was awesome. My daughter had been misdiagnosed by a different dr and I brought her here for a second opinion. I AM SO HAPPY I DID. One look at her and Dr. Kate McDonald knew right away what her rash was. It was nothing that the other dr had told me. I will not be going anywhere else but here. Not only are they friendly and professional they absolutely love what they do. All the staff was extremely helpful the whole way through. I can't say enough about them. If you need a good dermatologist I recommend going here, you won't be disappointed.

Horrible staff. Charged me for rescheduling an appointment. The receptionist didn't even bother to ask what my emergency was. She was rude and they should really reconsider training and policy about rescheduling. The doctor and nurse were very helpful but the front desk really needs helps.

Nurse and Dr. Summer were great, but office staff and policies are not customer friendly. Very unreasonable, considering the level of customer support, being health care at that. I will not reccommend to anyone. There are clinics that care vs only wholey concerned about their bottom line.
