If I could leave zero stars I would. My daughter has suffered from acne for a few years. We have tried almost everything before I decided to allow her to start Accutane. There is a process of pregnancy tests and blood work and then being entered into the Ipledge program 30 days prior to the appointment to recieve the script. We did our part and signed up but the nurse failed to put her in the system. We were notified via phone call as we were pulling in for her appointment. Unacceptable! I get people make mistakes but I'm so sick of people failing to do their jobs and it affecting others. Did it affect her? Absolutely not. But my daughter will now have to miss school again and I will have to take another day off of work. Not to mention how let down she is. She was looking forward to this more than Christmas. Dr Shannon was great..her nurse however, totally dropped the ball. If you give this place your business I would concider follow up phone calls to hold their hands and make sure they do their job.
