Awful practice. Waited nearly 9 months to even have an appointment for my infant son. The day finally came, we were the first appointment of the day and still had to wait over an hour in the waiting room until we were seen! Once we finally got in a room, the doctor came in for about 10 minutes, barely looked at the problem and told us to keep doing the skin care treatment that we were doing even though it is clearly NOT working and we’ve exhausted almost all over the counter options. My INFANT is constantly scratching because he is uncomfortable, my heart is breaking for him, and the doctor did not seem to care. Utterly useless. We will be seeking out other offices. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give a 0 star rating, I absolutely would.

Go anywhere else. Doctor looked at problem and expressed how confused he was and that was basically it. Not much of a clue and I waited longer than I went in. Doctor was in room for like 5 minutes. Prescribed me an ointment and rescheduled a few weeks out. Called me to reschedule that then called again to reschedule the rescheduled appointment....when I couldn't do the dates that exact week, receptionist said she would have to schedule a month out! I said never mind and I'm going elsewhere. She didn't even care that I was going to go anywhere else. Get refereed anywhere else!!!!!

My doctor called out and I guess they decided not to let me know? I took the day off with a month of planning for this appointment. Was told they can’t get me back in for a month.

DO NOT GO HERE. William G Dunagin is the worst doctor I've ever seen. Unless you want to pay to sit in a waiting room so that a doctor can make noises and not actually tell you the problem.
