Plum Aesthetics

My appointment at Plum was an all around great experience. I’ve had eyelash tints before, but Erin’s version was excellent. The color is rich and glossy and the lift is just right & very natural looking. The facial was also spectacular. My skin is very soft and glowy right now. I look, and feel, refreshed. The prices are extremely reasonable for the high level of service she provides; she means what she says on her Website. I greatly appreciate the relaxed, unpretentious environment. The studio is beautiful with amazing artwork and a lovely, cozy beach vibe. Erin is super down to earth, she put me right at ease, she is great to talk to, and very knowledgeable about skin care. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Definitely the most unprofessional aesthetician I've ever been to. Erin's place is hit or miss on the cleanliness of her shop. She's definitely had me lie down on her work table without changing the sheets from her previous client on two separate occasions. Her kid once was taking photos of me while my eyes were forced shut during a lash lift and tint. She has been 10-30 minutes late to a few of our appointments. My last visit to Plum Aesthetics is why I will never allow Erin to ever touch me again. I spent the entire pandemic growing my eyebrows out and wanted Erin to shape them just a little bit. I asked her if we could talk about the shape I was going for before she started waxing and she agreed. Erin started on my eyelash perm first. While my eyes were forced shut she just started waxing my eyebrows. I kept on trying to give her instructions but she wasn't listening. It was so violating to be forced to lie down and to have all of my pleas to have her stop waxing me completely ignored. She ripped out a years worth of hair growth without my consent. It turned out that Erin had a pedicure appointment that she need to get to and had to get through my appointment with her quickly. She is the absolute worst.

Erin is a consummate professional. She really takes the time to understand her clients’ aesthetic goals and offers a variety of cutting edge modalities to ensure that you’re happy with her work and feeling your best. I’m really impressed. Run, don’t walk.. book an appointment with Erin and you won’t be disappointed.

I had a lash lift and tint with Erin and her beautiful shop. I couldn't be happier with the results! I wish I had taken a before picture...maybe I will before my next appointment. My lashes are perfectly curled and with the tint, they are so much longer than I thought they were! I still wear mascara when I'm working, or out, but now if I don't feel like it, they still look beautiful! Erin herself is so personable. When you're there, you feel like you're at your best friends house, chatting and trying out new beauty products. Next on my list is to try the dermaplaning!

Erin knows her stuff! Her prices are great and she doesn’t push retail on you. She’s honest, knowledgeable, and down to earth!
