Great experience here. Appointment 6 am. But security lady Brandy "Polo" Pleasant.. make it all happen.. great customer service.. i dropped the trailer at night and came in the morning to pick it up. Morning security guy wasn't that friendly but he did his job good.

One hour to get checked in with only 4 trucks ahead of me. So far, 45 minutes to check out with only 2 trucks ahead of me. Trucks are lined up to street. Will eat your hours. Make sure you have plenty of time.

I have never seen such a wonderful woman who is very kind to everyone only respect to her more people like her a good place for trauc drivers everything is fast quality

If picking up make sure your trailer is clean and you need an 89… pu#. I didn’t have the correct pu number when I arrived then while i was sweeping out my trailer the male security guard was lecturing me about how that should have been done before I arrived, i was holding everyone up. Then they wouldn’t let me dump the dust pan in the garage they gave me a bag and said I had to take my trash with me, that was a first. While I was signing in the male security guard made a comment to one of their drivers that common carrier drivers are lazy. I was loaded fairly quickly once i got past security. I hope i don’t have to come back here.

Great I was unloaded less than an hour. There is no over night parking. At the facility. Turn left on Perryman rd then turn left at Advantage avenue. There is street parking. Had no problem sleeping there. 😎
