O'Donnell Vein & Laser

Great staff at the front desk, great Sonographers, great nurses, great medical technicians. Terrible management. Does not speak kindly to their own staff members. Does not treat their own staff with respect. High staff turnover at a questionably alarming rate. There is no aesthetician anymore. They seem to move through injectors at the same rate as vein staff. Would’ve recommended in the past, but would not anymore.

Dr O'Donnell is simply the best.. She is a trailblazer in vein treatment. I actually enjoyed my vein treatment today. I am treated extremely well by the staff too..

Britany, my medical professional for laser hair removal is beyond amazing. I realized at the consultation that I had found the best in my area. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive with all your treatment needs. This was my first time having this service as well as my first step of transitioning. Immediately she treated me with respect and care. She will forever be special to me!!! The laser hair removal process was a piece of cake. Minimum discomfort and 5 star service!!!!

I had several different laser treatments with Brittney on the cosmetic side. She explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. She and her assistant took care to make me as comfortable as possible. She was kind and friendly, yet very professional. I’ve had laser treatments before but never saw the results that I get with Brittney. My dermatologist recommended her and Im so grateful she did. I get compliments on my skin regularly.

I went in for BBL. They ask if I had any other concerns. I said my ankles seemed perpetually bruised. I wear skorts 7 mos of year and legs are my best feature. They looked at my legs and said they couldn’t fix but that I needed vein surgery. I had it done exactly a year ago. I never felt any difference in leg comfort but she absolutely ruined my legs. I have what looks like large bruises full of raised red veins in several spots. She said name? And says it happens occasionally. She did sclerotherapy( charged insurance for that too and then goodbye- live with it! I have spent $600. At spa logic and some of marks are coming up but not all after 2 treatments. I just had a vascular laser at Current Dermatology done on worst bruise thing- waiting to see if it works and what it is going to cost to clean up my legs if it works! AVOID O’ DONNELL!!!
