Ideal Image Canton

I contacted Ideal Image after seeing a Facebook ad. They scheduled me for an online consultation. The sales representative sold me on filler treatment in the cheek area. She advised that there were financing options so we explored what might work for me. While doing so i asked about cool sculpting for my flanks. The representative had me lift my shirt on the video call and said that they could help with the flanks, she also request me to try and pinch the abdominal area to see if there was enough fat to treat that area as well. She advised that there wasn't quite enough fat. However you advised that there was a special for treating two areas and that I could figure it out with the nurse. A couple of weeks after making the purchase I came to the conclusion that I only need the flanks. When I called the Canton location to cancel, they advised that a manager would call me back. I received a call from the manager the next day. She advised that I could use the funds on a different area or service. I requested the manager to send me a copy of the agreement as I had not received one. I was never advised by the sales representative that once purchased you cannot cancel. Nor was I initially offered the contract advising this. I feel that their sales tactics are misleading and meant to trap you once you sign the agreement. This is unethical and not a good way to do business. I can see this company going out of business faster than they setup the business.

I had a great experience. This was my first time getting fillers yesterday and she did an amazing job. I got a little nauseous after so I felt bad I rushed out but it was a very good experience!

My appt this morning was quick and easy. I had my virtual consultation with Erin yesterday who was helpful and able to get me in the very next day. This morning when I arrived I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff and an even friendlier aesthetician. Henry, was amazing. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease with my treatment. I look forward to continuing my treatments with Ideal Image Canton.

front desk staff was so accommodating and hospitable. the entrance and waiting area was very nice. and my esthetician was very informative and gentle through the whole process! 10/10

The NP was great. She took the time to explain when I could expect seeing results. She also helped me find another location convenient to needing an appointment on a Saturday. I love her professionalism and persistence. She was very pleasant to work with during my last visit. There is always plenty of parking. I typically wait about 5 minutes before being seen. All of the staff I've interacted with are very nice and professional. I appreciate the overall quality of service.
