I had three major surgeries done with Dr Cohen in 2021. The first surgery was abreast augmentation without implants. I chose to use a fat graft to smooth out rough areas. It did not take. I was told the odds were fantastic of them lasting for years. I think I just got a few months out of it. The second surgery I had was a tummy tuck. My stomach is harder due to the muscles now being stronger but I do not have a smooth flat stomach. I was told I would. I still look like I have a pooch. The third surgery I had was liposuction on my inner and outer thighs and around my back area. It does not look like it was completed at all on the outer thighs. On the inner thighs, now I have wrinkly skin. That's the one thing they don't tell you is now that the fat is gone, you have saggy skin. So you solve one problem but now you have a new one. I went and got a second opinion from another doctor. He told me he wouldn't touch my legs but he could try and slim my stomach a little more. But it would cost me another $4,000. I have terrible scars on my stomach and my breasts. It's embarrassing for me to explain that a plastic surgeon caused my scarring to other doctors. When I confronted Dr Cohen about my concerns and how upset I am about my results, I was told he could correct some of the stuff for more money. I felt like my expectations were realistic. I did not want to look years younger or fake. Dr Cohen assured me I was a fantastic candidate for all the surgeries that I requested. I just wanted to feel more confident about my body. My recommendation for anybody thinking about plastic surgery would be to understand that you are not one and done when getting surgery. You will need to go back to get more imperfections fixed. Those surgeries will cost you as well.

Incredibly pleased with my recent surgery performed by Dr. Cohen at Belcara. I performed my due diligence and consulted with four surgeons in total to discuss my case and the aesthetic outcomes I was expecting. I felt most at ease with Dr. Cohen - he didn't seem rushed, listened well, and explained in detail how we could achieve the look I wanted. Dr. Cohen also demonstrated a lot of integrity by being honest with me about procedures he felt wouldn't serve me well and he was absolutely right in his assessment. Highly recommend to anyone considering breast augmentation surgery, revision, or other cosmetic procedures.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Cohen when I initially expressed an interest in getting a breast lift and augmentation after breastfeeding three kids and losing confidence.
