I was very pleased with the professional care I received with Dr Paige. She answered any questions I had and very polite. I was however, very disappointed with the unprofessional front office staff, due to their personal conversations constantly going on during my wait. I am a strong advocate for superb and professional customer service during interaction with clients. Perhaps they should enroll in a class

Tough to write a review when you've never been able to get in. My regular doctor sent a referral to AA Dermatology, requesting they schedule an appointment for me. Shortly after the referral, I started calling and leaving messages about setting up an appointment, since a person never answered the phone. Eventually, I stopped at the office to try to make an appointment in person, since leaving a message or a referral didn't work. The first available appointment was about 1 year out. There was no issue where I needed to see a doctor, just trying to set up annual an check-up. So I waited 9-10 months and got a call that the doctor wasn't yet certified for the insurance I have...BlueCross, not something off the wall. After a go around where I said I'd pay for the visit, I was told the available appointment was now gone. So I booked another appointment, with another doctor in the practice for another 2 months away. This week I get a letter that says the doctor I was booked with is not longer there and they have no appointment for me. Aren't there other doctor's I could go to within the practice? I'm a new patient so what difference what doctor I go to see. Whoever it would be would be a new doctor for me. Where the letter said they had no appointment for me, they recommended trying their Easton or Annapolis office...which are both right around the corner from Ocean City. There isn't another doctor in the office who I could be scheduled with? Others said they had multiple appointments, showed up with their reminder card in hand, only to be told they didn't have an appointment and turned away...that was shown on their card. As I started, I can't give a review of AA Dermatology because I haven't ever been able to get in. What I can review is their appointment making capability. They are VERY, VERY good at making appointments...they just aren't timely with doing so and in my case, they have now cancelled every appointment actually made and finally said to go elsewhere. Thanks for the 16 month wait and never seeing one of your doctors.

This is a well-oiled machine. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Additionally they are extremely skilled and organized. I could not have asked for anything more. I recently had a surgical procedure and the team, which traveled in from across the Bay Bridge, in my opinion cannot be beat. I highly recommend Anne Arundel Dermatology.

Both my husband and I were scheduled for Moh's surgery this past week. We arrived at 7:30 am as directed. We both had our surgery starting around 8 and we were on the way home by 10:00 am. Waiting room was ample. The doctor and assistants explained the procedure. It was a very pleasant experience.

It took 3 months to get an appointment, but I wasn’t in a hurry anyway. I can see why now, they are very busy. Even though they were busy I was taken in for my exam at my appointed time and was treated very friendly by the doctor, her assistant and the office staff. A wonderful experience.
