Defy Aesthetic

I cannot say enough amazing things about Defy Aesthetics! From the moment you walk in, the space is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I have been getting Botox injections for over ten years. Since I recently moved, this was my first time trying Defy, based on a friend’s recommendation. On November 13, 2024, I had my first injection with Jenny, and I was charged $671. After two weeks, I noticed very little change, and the wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes were still visible. Despite living two hours away from the clinic, I went back for a touch-up. I allowed some more time to pass, hoping to see results, but my wrinkles never went away—unlike my previous experiences with injection. Now, only two months have passed, and as you can see in the photo I’ve attached, my forehead and the areas around my eyes are still full of deep wrinkles. Two days ago, I visited the owner of Defy, Katharine, to address my issue and hoped she would resolve it. However, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to provide good customer service or solve the issue, her response was that it was “normal” and that I should return next month and pay again to have my wrinkles treated. This was an incredibly bad experience!

I love Defy!! Jenny is so knowledgeable and helpful and came up with the perfect plan for my skin goals. The office is beautiful and welcoming, Ashley is helpful and responsive when it comes to scheduling and the facials from Maggie are a dream. Jenny listened to all of the goals/wants I had for my face and put it into action. She follows up and is available for any questions- so approachable and passionate about skincare! I have already seen such a difference in my skin since coming here in November- I love it!

The best place hands down for complete skin care. Every team member is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service is top notch which goes a long way in making you feel comfortable and never pressured. I see Jenny (regularly) for Botox, micro needling and other issue specific treatments. She always takes more than enough time to walk me through the treatment and post care procedures. She listens to my questions and concerns and helps me come up with a plan that I feel comfortable with. I get really nice compliments on my skin and truly feel it’s a reflection of Jenny and Defy overall. I’m also an avid product user and have switched multiple of my high end name brand products to Defy based on my trust of their staff and the results I’ve seen. Love Defy

Defy is the best! When I moved to the area, I was looking to start getting monthly facials for my upcoming wedding and for a place to get botox and I've never looked back after choosing Defy. I signed up for the monthly facial program with Maggie and always look forward to my appointments with her, her facials are so relaxing and she always listens to any concerns I have about my skin. I see Jenny for botox and it always comes out looking perfect! Ashley at the front desk is also amazing!
