Dr. Richards is a fabulous surgeon. He did a wonderful job with my breast augmentation. The surgical staff and office staff are all wonderful and so welcoming. I felt very well cared for the whole time. They are very professional and top notch! Dr. Richards is so nice and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to do everything perfectly and just the way I had requested. I highly recommend their practice and the surgical facility.

I am lucky to have known Dr. Richards and I highly respect and recommend him as the most trusted plastic surgeon! The way he cares and the outcome of his work has been 100% in every area I have been treated. Please don’t hesitate to consult him before your final decisions on what you may need..

I had my breast augmentation surgery approximately 8 months ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from what I expected. I had been wanting this procedure since I was 15 and finally went ahead with it at 29, thinking it would be a gift to myself. However, I find myself extremely disappointed and upset with the results. From the beginning, I followed Dr. Richard's aftercare instructions. Despite my adherence to all recommendations, I am now facing significant issues that I can’t ignore. I strongly believe I am experiencing lateral displacement, as my breasts have progressively moved farther apart as they’ve healed. The most uncomfortable part of this is when I’m lying down or bending over. I sleep on my back, and my breasts almost sit on my armpits, which is not only uncomfortable but also frustrating. In an attempt to alleviate this, I’ve been wearing a tight sports bra every night to try and hold them in place, but it hasn’t helped. I’m a person who normally wears loose-fitting clothing, but now, because of the discomfort and displacement, I can't go a day without some form of support. I’ve been wearing sports bras or tight-fitted shirts since the surgery, and I’ve never had a day where I could go braless (except when I shower). The worst part is my left breast. It feels like the pocket on that side is too large, and it’s the one causing me the most discomfort when I sleep or bend over. I can actually feel the implant shift and move when I make any kind of motion—something I don’t experience with my right breast, which makes me feel like this issue is not normal. Additionally, there’s a visible wrinkle forming between my breasts that wasn’t there before. I don’t have the upper fullness I was hoping for. Instead, my breasts appear fuller at the bottom and on the sides, which makes me concerned that they may bottom out in the future. My scar has also moved farther up, making me believe I may be bottoming out. I have provided several pictures to show my concerns on Realself.com, to show my concerns. I’ve saved a significant amount of money for this surgery, and now, 8 months later, I feel worse about my body than before. My self-esteem has dropped significantly, and I can’t even wear certain clothes without feeling insecure, as I’m forced to wear support bras all the time. What was meant to be an empowering experience has, sadly, turned into one of regret. I feel like I deserve better for the money and emotional investment I put into this procedure. I want to be able to enjoy my body and feel confident, but right now, I’m left feeling disheartened and frustrated. This is my first cosmetic surgery and I strongly believe it's important to share my experience. I am now looking into revision surgery in the future.

Dr. Richards recently performed a natural facelift, buccal fat removal and laser resurfacing. In one 4-hour procedure I lost 20 years off my face! I look and feel so much happier and confident. This was my second procedure with Dr Richards. His expertise is incredible-he suggests exactly what is needed and he has been right both times. He is also very responsive to any complications that may arise. His administrative and nursing staff are super helpful and easy to work with. If there is anything you are unhappy with in your appearance, Dr. Richards is your surgeon. A consultation is a good place to start. His expertise is amazing along with his kind, relaxed demeanor. Highly recommended!!!

I choose to get a procedure from Dr. Richards because through and through of all the outstanding reviews from multiple online platforms. One of the many things that impressed me was that Dr. Richards is a Castle Connolly award recipient, which is extremely prestigious accolade in itself. His achievements alone speaks volumes and narrowed down my decision of choosing a provider more than obvious. His bedside manners of comfort, care, understanding and patience of a saint - I’m truly grateful. To his wonderful staff of Kelsea (extremely kindhearted, knowledgeable and who patiently helped me throughout the whole process), Ben (extremely sincere, held my hand during the procedure to tell me it’s going to be ok and post-op, who went above and beyond to take a stranger like me, back to my lodge down the road to make sure I gotten back safely), to the tenderhearted charge nurse Joy (who made me laugh and made me feel comfortable) and Nohaila is so kind - very grateful for her care and Ms. Penny, she is the sweetest and personable, every time I call I’m warmly welcomed and I know I’m well taken care of. The whole surgical process- extremely impressed by their OR process, full sterile technique and draping even a minor procedure (they do not cut corners), the amount of meticulous care they invest into each patient (pre, op and post op), the whole logistic from start to finish of how the practice ran was quite impressive and very professional, everything they did was honestly textbook. Working in the medical field myself, I was very impressed by the practice! God bless the whole staff, words cannot convey how grateful I am to have cross paths with you all. 🥲
