Nu Pathway Healthcare and Wellness

I'm a new client that booked through Zoc Doc. Kryselle (or her office) cancelled a session because I didn't turn in paperwork before the session?? Never heard of this before. I've gone to therapy before, usually you're given time to fill out paperwork while waiting to be seen. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork. Plus, she wasn't even in the office according to the front desk.. Maybe put a notification to clients that paperwork must be filled out beforehand or it will be cancelled 🙂. If this is a true reason to cancel an appointment then I fear they are missing out on good business in the long run.

This Clinic was a great addition to my wellness journey! Dr. Fletcher is wonderful in catering to your personal medical needs and guiding you through weight loss coaching with her exceeding knowledge, patience, and understanding! I highly recommended this practice to anyone needing a non-judgmental, supportive and caring team in your court!
