I called for an urgent appointment and within a few hours my vitals were being taken by Crystal, who was hospitable and listened fully to my concerns. I saw Melissa (CRNP) again and she is consistently efficient with the way she prioritizes my bag of issues - but not rude, honest about outcomes, and always very receptive with helpful recommendations. I feel the staff is intelligent and I feel valued as a patient here. Also, the front desk girl is very organized and communicates well (calls back with answers).

It’s a pain to get ahold of anyone on the phone at this office. I usually don’t write negative reviews but this is the third time this incident has happened. I call to get my prescription refilled and once they answer the phone, the front desk leaves the doctor a message to refill the prescription. I’m not sure what the issue is afterwards but my prescription doesn’t get filled and then I have to call two more times. This has happened everytime I need a prescription filled. They never hesitate to send you a bill to your house, though. Also, the doctor is fine. She’s usually in a rush. I wouldn’t say she’s nice or the contrary, she’s meh. If I didn’t need my current prescription, I would go to another office without hesitation. Go to another office if you can.

Absolutely love Dr Shah! So very attentive and very personable. Answers questions, never hurried and made me and my husband very comfortable. Her years of experience is evident. Happy to have found this practice!
