Laser Essential

I have been going to Laser Essential for 4+ years now. Honestly, doing laser treatment was one of the best investments I made for myself. I started when I was a young professional and couldn't afford the crazy pricing that some other places offered. I looked into Laser Essential and spoke to them about pricing and they basically customized a packet for me that addressed my areas of concern in the budget I could afford. Moving forward to now, they have moved into a new office but the service from Keith and Dr. Thomas remains as exceptional as ever. They are always so sincere. They genuinely care about individuals and your well being. Some people have stated the rigidness of the business, which I don't find to be true as long as you're punctual and polite. They are fairly accommodating as long as you give them enough notice, which any business requires nowadays. I am always punctual but when I completely forgot my appointment one busy Saturday, Keith called me and simply rescheduled me for the following weekend. I highly recommend them and have even referred two of my friends to them.

I can't recommend Laser Essential enough! I have been coming here for years and have had multiple areas of my body treated to include the back, next, beard/hairline, and face at an affordable price! The results have been outstanding; exceeding those from when I had laser hair removal done in an expensive Downtown DC dermatologist's office. Dr. Thomas and Keith clearly take pride in skincare and it's always a plus for me when I can get my skincare needs met by black doctors. The new office is spacious, light, and super comfortable with very easy parking. Despite the settings Dr. Thomas and Keith always treat you like family so it's never stuffy. Going in for my treatments is like catching up with one of your aunties. I will gladly continue to patronize this small owned business as long as they are around.

I had a great experience...I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I was greeted by Keith who helped me get checked in. He's very helpful and reminded me of one of my best friends. Dr. Thomas is super knowledgeable about the skin and how it interacts with different types of treatments. She is down to earth and makes you feel comfortable with whatever service you're getting. I received laser hair removal/reduction and was a bit nervous about the pain but surprisingly, it hurt way less than expected. After the laser machine shoots out heat to your hair follicles, it also shoots out a cooling sensation which REALLY helps with pain tolerance especially in sensitive areas. So glad I found this place, I've already recommended Laser Essentials to 8 of my friends!

Dr. Thomas and Keith treat me really well and their prices are fair. Dr. T knows her stuff, has a fun way of explaining things, and will consider my input with respect to my skincare while letting me know if it is the right direction to take. Keith is always fun to chat with, strikes me as an honest guy, and gives me options with respect to packages to take advantage of and whatnot. I can recommend Laser Essential with confidence.

Dr. Thomas & Mr. Keith are awesome! If you are looking for a professional and friendly place for laser hair removal. The prices are phenomenal and I love how they make me feel a part of the family. I don’t often make reviews but I’ve been two other laser hair removal offices within the DMV and Laser Essential has the best Laser for darker skin tones and/or people of color. I highly recommend this office!
