Three months ago, I went to another practice to have a few pre-cancerous growths on the top of my head treated. The dermatologist sprayed the entire top of my head and a lot of my face with liquid nitrogen – 1st and probably 2nd degree “burns” all over. Horribly painful, scabbing, bleeding, itchy, pus-y! My primary got an emergency appointment with Dr. Bansal. She spent plenty of time with me, explained that the other doctor had me on incorrect medication, treated me and put me on correct meds. Although I’m still not totally “cured” – and probably never will be – I’m sure without her treatment, I would be in a lot worse shape. Thank you, Dr. Bansal!

Friendly receptionists, not too crowded, didn't have to wait long to be seen. The PA is friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and didn't try to push products on me. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend to friends and family.

I was a patient at this practice for over 10 years, 2 basal cell carcinomas and squamous cell carcinoma and more pre cancerous spots frozen off as well as two blue light treatments, the second left me with serious second degree burns on the lower half of my face. Through all of this I never saw Dr. Bansal! She did call me with the results of one of my positive biopsies (The second). When I asked her a question her response was 'what difference does it make'? The first basal cell surgery was on my cheek. It had been a spot that I had seen on and off for a couple of years before I asked for a referral to a dermatologist. The spot ended up being positive and I was referred to a mohs surgeon. It took 5 rounds to have clear margins and required major facial reconstruction. The second spot was discovered by the surgeon (not Dr. Bansal's office). I was seen by many different Physician Assistants through the years. Every time I was fortunate to be seen by one that seemed to care, they left the practice. The most recent one didn't care about me as a patient or person for that matter. She didn't familiarize herself with my history. And didn't listen to my concerns. She froze several spots on my face then had me come back a few weeks later then just started refreezing the same spots again. I asked how many times they would freeze the same spots before performing a biopsy. She responded that there was no need to biopsy the spots because they do not meet the expected presentation for skin cancer. To me they were presenting the same as my previous positive cancer. The PA became frustrated with me challenging her so she asked me if I wanted to hear the same thing from Dr. Bansal. I told her that, since in all of the years I'd been coming to their practice I had never met her, I'd be okay having her come in to talk to me. Dr. Bansal came in the room and told me that everything the PA said was accurate. She offered to refreeze the spots that the PA had done just a few minutes before. But, she said she is a lot more assertive when she freezes spots, and she definitely was. It's been over a week with huge blisters/lesions on my face.the current staff does not have any interpersonal skills or for that matter, no compassion. I do not recommend this practice for anyone.

Dr. Julia is always thorough and I am confident that after the exam everything was done properly. Dr. Bansal’s office is well managed and they keep to the schedule. No long waits. The entire experience exceeds my expectations every time!

The women at the desk don't seem to care about anything let alone patients' concerns. They don't relay messages to the doctors nor do they ever callback or follow up when promised. Perhaps they're not paid enough to care, but people's wellbeing are at stake due to their negligence. Health-care or health-carelessness. It's discouraging and disappointing.
