I saw Sarah Schuur for my first visit here. She was compassionate, did not rush my appointment, answered all of my questions, and it was clear that she wanted to make sure I understood the treatment options, potential routes my situation could go, and that regardless I was going to be taken care of. I definitely feel much better having a treatment plan and at ease with the care. I really appreciated her and Joy that was assisting in the room with her.

Dr. Kate's is kind, caring, and excellent at what she does. I love that she takes a personal interest in her patients. Visiting her office is always a pleasant experience.

Shame in all this is Dr. Kates is wonderful. I have referred 3 people to her that feel the same. I had a double lung transplant and with that comes the risk of skin cancer given the immunosuppressants prescribed so it is important to have a dermatologist that knows and understands this. Dr. Kates does. I missed two appointments. One because I had to go to John Hopkins due to a set back and the other because my daughter went into labor. They tried to to tell me I had 4 no shows. I was charged $100.00 and then $50 on top of that because I cancelled outside their cancellation forgiveness window. Tell me, how do I tell a pregnant women to hang on or a transplant team that I have to make a stop before I can make the ER? Although they can cancel/reschedule and have you wait, there was no working with them on this charge given the circumstances. I have also been called to reschedule and have sat in the office for over an hour to be seen. I am so disappointed. Went in person to pay the late fee and ask for my records to move to another practice. The manager was on a call and I asked for him to call me. no call back. Oh they took my late fee too. I love Dr. Kates, just couldn't remain in this practice. Customer service is not within this business's mission statement.

Dr Lisa listened to my concerns and was conservative in her approach. She did not try to sell me on other products or procedures and she checked with me often to get feedback. Of course she was also knowledgeable and professional!!! Dustin was great too! I will definitely going back to see her!!!

The staff at Dr Kate’s office is beyond awesome. From the minute you enter to your departure, they are professional and friendly! Of course, Dr Kate is first-rate!
