Wow. How disappointing. I arrived five minutes before my first 9 am appointment, there’s a sign on the glass window at the desk that there’s a staff meeting. No one greets me. I wait 10 minutes in the waiting room. I then walk around the office searching for someone. I see three women sitting around a table. They look up at me as if I am some intruder. Someone says, will be out in a while. A few minutes later a women comes out and holds up a sign that was in the reception window triple tapping that they are in a meeting. I couldn’t believe it. Sadly, this group of office workers must’ve forgotten the human characteristics of kindness, hospitality, and care. It happens. Won’t be back. When I ask if the doctor is there, for my 9 o’clock appointment at 9:05, they said no. Another office worker rudely says, have a good day. Rather than owns, apologizes and makes right. I said thank you, I’d like to cancel my appointment. Oh well.
Nastiest people to deal with. Mediocre service along with a disrespectful attitude makes me wonder how they survive. The billing manager is a Karen and she makes it a challenge to remain respectful. She is an incredibly angry old woman that can speak to anyone with some level of respect. They screw up by not billing the proper health insurance and now she blames us. Incompetent people.
Had a cyst removed by N. Silvera. Everyone had smiles and very friendly. Never knew something I was self conscious about could be fixed in 30min and for so little money, I also don't have insurance.
Receptionist was rude. She supposedly asked the doctor about treating my condition. Supposedly the doctor stated he does not treat my condition. So I asked if he could refer me to someone. The receptionist replied he is with a patient so no. If he was with a patient how did he respond the first time? Good luck if you use them.
Very disappointed. I made an appointment approximately two weeks ago, at which time I sent pictures of my insurance ID card. I was told that they most likely accept my insurance and if there are any problems I world hear back from them. Before ending the phone call I asked for the address and was told 2116 East Pulaski Hwy. I never heard anything back other than an appointment confirmation. On the day of the appointment, I allowed myself plenty of time to get there and good thing I did because 2116 is a bank! I had to pull over and check the address (216). Once I finally arrived I was told by the office staff they do NOT take my insurance. What a waste of an hour and a half of my time and gas!!
