DSF Cosmetic and Medical Dermatology, Diane S. Ford MD

My appointments have been cancelled 5 times in the past 6 months. I have been seeing Dr. Ford for 20 years. She has had long term illness. Staff is incompetent. Will not be going back. I love seeing Dr. Ford. Not sure if she will be back. Hope she recovers and has a wonderful retirement.

UPDATE: not only did I receive a response to my review I received a very gracious phone call apologizing for the misunderstanding. My husband and I now have appointments to see Dr. Ford. Thanks go out particularly to Dr Ford and Monica. We are so very appreciative that we can again be patients of someone who has a history of our dermatological needs. Again thank you. have been a patient of Dr. Fords for approximately 40 years. She was instrumental in help f me with my extremely sensitive skin. I have also received cool sculpting, and Lasar vein diminishing by her. I live Dr. Ford. I recently called to try to make appointments for my husband and I. I was told that because we hadn’t been seen in 3 years we would be considered new patients and they are no longer accepting new patients. I asked that they please speak with Dr. Ford. I was told they would get back to me. I just called and was told the office manager makes those decisions and no we cannot be seen. I’ll admit I was upset; the receptionist abruptly put me on hold as a way to end the call. Dr. Ford if you see this review thank you for your wonderful care all these years. I greatly appreciate it. If you can recommend another dermatologist I would be very grateful.

Dr. Ford is an exceptional dermatologist who stands out in her field. Her compassionate care, expertise, and tailored solutions make her highly recommended for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring dermatologist.

Dr. Ford is an amazing expert in her field. My family trusts her so much that my parents and I both have benefitted from her care. And she truly does care and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Ford makes you feel like you are her one and only patient! She listens to your concerns and genuinely cares about your well-being. She is knowledgeable, and stays abreast of new research and treatment options in the field of dermatology. The entire staff are friendly and pleasant and Dr. Ford is willing to go the extra mile to take care of her patients. Over the years I have had several other dermatologists that were closer to home, but did not produce the results that I was looking for. Dr. Ford makes you feel like family, and is well worth the drive to Frederick!
