First time going to a plastic surgeon & am very pleased all around with their service. They get you in and out very quickly and the staff along with the doctor, make you very comfortable. I would recommend this place to any and everyone that needs a plastic surgeon.

Rachel has been extremely RUD AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ME FROM DAY ONE TO THE END!!!! EVEN MY INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCED IT FIRSTHAND. SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON US WHILE THE REP FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY WAS EXPLAINING TO HER WHAT SHE NEEDED TO DO!!!! James ALBERTOLI WAS ACTING LIKE HE DID WANT TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO ME. HE SPENT LESS THAN TWO MINUTES IN THE EXAM ROOM!!! THIS OFFICE ACTS LIKE THEY HAVE SELECTED PEOPLE THEY WANT TO SERVICE, AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING SOME OF US A FAVOR OR PAYING OUR MEDICAL INSURANCE BILLS!!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE TIME EXPERIENCE OR TREATED LIKE THIS!!! TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME WAY REGARDS THEIR RACE, COLOR, ETHIC GROUP, OR GENDER!!!!! WORST DOCTOR AND FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTED WITH!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Dr Albertoli has the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed at a doctor's office. I went in and told him my finger was really hurting after the surgery and it was extremely sensitive. He told me I was making it up and left the room and slammed the door. I never went back for a follow-up. I went to another physical therapist and they told me it was absolutely normal for this to happen, why didn't he just tell me that?!

James & staff were fantastic. Never had to wait, everything went smoothly & no surprises. Wife had squamous cell carcinoma on her index finger the size of an eraser. He cut it out & used the existing skin to create a flap for covering. I have all the confidence it will look great in the end, based on what I see so far. Those looking for a touchy feely session might be disappointed. He is disciplined & to the point, it's a business. Time is money for everyone. Be glad people like this exist to help us by dedicating their life to learning & helping others. We weren't there for a feel good session, just to be helped. They did exactly what we wanted & expected, & we are perfectly happy with the results. Thank you (and staff) for being there, & doing what you do, we appreciate it.

My wife wanted me to post this review. She has several health issues and has seen quite a few doctors. Although she has never been mistreated by anyone, she says there are a few people who stand above the others. Dr. Albertoli and his staff comes to mind immediately. From the minute she walked into the office, she was greeted with a friendly face and a warm smile. During her first procedure, she told me she was scared. The assistant must have picked up on this and without hesitation, she held my wife's hand. That meant a lot to her. The staff always did their best to prepare her before the surgery and made sure she was comfortable. She said Dr. Albertoli answered all her questions and constantly asked her if she was feeling any pain during the surgery. She appreciated the follow up calls too. She said he and his staff really seem to care. We highly recommend Dr. Albertoli and his staff and my wife thanks God for them.
