Mia Aesthetics Baltimore

7 days post Op. There were a few bumps with scheduling and timing as my surgery had to be bumped up which worried me but it all worked out fine. On the day of surgery the staff was also late , which worried me even more. Once they arrived the customer service was amazing. I didn’t get her name but she was beyond kind & reassuring. The anesthesiologist is amazing and very seasoned, I believe her name was Laura. I felt like I was in good hands after speaking with her. Dr Kumar wasn’t as friendly as I anticipated , pretty straight forward guy.. honest with me about what he could do result wise but he exceeded my expectation so far. After surgery, the nurse in recovery was annoying and pushy as you will be in excruciating pain and groggy. Once you wake up your pretty much rushed out the door. As a health care worker I knew it would be this way though. My 5 day post op I was unable to see the doctor due to someone having complications in OR so showing up for that visit was pretty much a waste. The girl who removed my bandages was very kind and was courteous enough to update me as I waited. I will continue to update the review throughout my recovery process and encounters with the team here. Thank You Mia Baltimore!!!!

Overall pleasant experience. From front office staff to the pre and post-op nurses, everyone was amazing. Dr. Kramer explained the whole process and my part in the overall process healing and achieving my dream body. The anesthesiologist was nice and pleasant. He put me at ease. I came out of there laughing and talking!

Such a pleasant experience. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Very helpful and informative. The nurses and ladies up front when you are getting checked in are all super sweet, friendly and up beat. It was genuinely a pleasant experience and I will be back when I’m healed up from my breast augmentation for my bbl with Dr. Kramer! He did an excellent job!

The staff at the MIA Baltimore location were outstanding. Dr. Kumar, who was my surgeon answered all my questions and had a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend DR. Kumar and MIA Baltimore. Prior to surgery you will deal with their concierge department. It was frustrating at times not being able to directly speak to the office however once you get cleared for surgery and meet the staff you will be pleased. Their prices are the best I’ve found and their doctors are top notch!!!

From start to finish I had a great experience. I paid $5,800 for my BBL. The phone staff and in-clinic staff were amazing. I wish i got names, but from the front desk lady/pre-op nurse, to the nurses that took care of me on surgery day, everyone was super nice and understanding. You can tell that the surgeries and booked back to back and they are rushing a little to get beds clear but that did not affect the customer service at all. Dr. Kumar was very informative and straight to the point. I feel like a lot of the bad reviews are due to a lack of research on the clients end or going in with super high expectations. I was realistic in how my body was before survey and I knew that there was a limit on how much fat they could remove and transfer due to safety concerns, so came in aware that I wouldn’t leave looking like Meg lol but Dr. Kumar explained what he could do for me and I was more than fine with those results. Make sure you’re also reviewing the documents they send you so that you’re not caught off guard if they are any unexpected charges. Also, make sure you ask as many questions as possible so that you’re clear on everything! Overall Mia Aesthetics was great!
