Had major sore throat called to get Rx, no Virtual Office Visit so I drove to Galena. Was given RX for Penicillin and went home. However the Penicillin did not even touch my throat, I can hardly speak and have to position my body just to swallow. Called the Office next morning and told the person who answered the phone, and their reply was to wait 48 hours. Really? My voice is barely there, and I cannot swallow. I went to a walk in center who actually listened to me, and prescribed a steroid and Novocain spray. So the key here is to listen to the patient, that is why your rating is so low.

Lisa and her staff are disgusting. I came in as a new patient back in March, had my physical with Lisa and requested my medical records be sent over from my prior PCP. Earlier this month I had an Occupational Health appointment for a new job. Due to my pmh of anxiety they were concerned about me wearing an N95 so they asked for work clearance from my PCP. Lisa refused to make a determination whether I was able to work or not because she "doesn't know me" Even though she had my past medical records to go by which I had sent to her office TWO times and my physical with her. I requested she call me to discuss this over the phone, she never called or allowed me to schedule an appointment, instead she kicked me out of her practice because I was upset about her discriminatory treatment of me. Now I am unable to start working as scheduled. My 8 year old son and I are now losing income. I can't even file for disability because she refused to say if I was able to work or if I am unable due to disability. I feel my rights were violated, I feel abused and mistreated by Lisa and her rude, callous and mean staff. Run far, far away from this practice

We went to the office Monday for my Husband's appointment. He has waited WEEKS for this appointment...It was 845 on a Monday morning..we didn't want to go that early!they set the appointment time! There was a Dr filling in for Lisa Hall... My husband said she was so rude, in a rush, exasperated! Breathing heavy at every quest and rolling her eyes! It is ridiculous to wait this long to see a primary care and they blow us off because THEYare too busy! The receptionists were so rude that's why I am leaving this review..noone cares anymore how we are treated! We ALL deserve better. Disgusting unprofessional behavior...thank God I didn't go in!

I waited over 3 months for an appt just for the receptionist to cancel my app 5 days before just because I called an asked if I could reschedule. Never said cancel or anything even replied back to the text message confirming I would be there. When I showed up I was rudely met with a lady that clearly doesn't like her job blaming me for the cancelation all because I asked if it was possible to reschedule she said no an I said ok which I'm guessing she thought that was me canceling. Now I must find a new doctor an wait mo this again because I will be considered a new patients. Highly don't recommend this place

Lisa needs to go back to school unprofessional my daughter experience lower belly pain she made her get on her knees crack like a duck and said to me if she can do this she fine ....after leaving her practice new doctor tested her for crohns diease ..... and she had a infection in colon ... thank God we went to another doctor and got this issue look after correctly..... her office is very unprofessional.... and her !!! Do pass her bye … thankful a real professional doctor found out she had Crohn’s disease!! If we would of stay with Lisa my daughter would of died !!
