Dr. Heather Dawn is both professional and very friendly. She is a busy doctor, but her people skills are excellent and you can tell she truly enjoys her profession and caring for her patients. Other than waiting 10-20 mins upon arrival, I've had never had an unpleasant experience with her or the staff.

I haven't been going there long, but so far, I had a great experience. Marcia is the best! She goes way beyond to help you and is just a very nice, kind person!

I had an appointment this morning and it was fast and seamless. Thanks to Dr. Rebekah who examined my face and her assistant. The office staff is nice but they’re extremely hard to get in touch with. Every time you call for something to your local office, the call goes to a call center and they can only leave your physician a message. Then it’s a long process of back and forth because you don’t have a way to directly contact your clinic. They promise to call back but never do. The call center is absolutely terrible and a waste of everyone’s time. It gets really frustrating if you need to get in touch for more complicated prescriptions.
