STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Worst experience ever. From the time i stepped in this store, i had different workers behind my back watching my every move. Each and every isle i turned into, i met a staff there and they did not even try to act like they were working, they were looking at me. I felt so uncomfortable, being profile or treated like that. At the counter, my total purchase was about $20 and the cashier asked me if i wanted to pay with debit or credit card. I said credit and he told me that i have to show him my ID to pay with a credit card. Me knowing my rights and since i actually signed my card, i told him no. He took my card and started reading my name before swapping. This was the worst experience at a beauty supply i have ever had. Seriously, if you do not feel comfortable serving your customers, take your business somewhere else. Don't treat your customers like thieves. To any customer out there, don't waste your time here, it is not worth it. They are really bad and the customer services is the worst. This was my first time to this Ugly customer service supply and will be my last time. Read other reviews and don't come here. Shame on them.

It depends on what time of the day you come in. The night/evening staff are nice and helpful. The night evening r nice. While I was waiting putting my coat on the staff cut the lace off and gave me 10% off the display wig. (Which most places do since other people have been trying it on). All I had to do by the time I walked to the counter is pay and walk out. The girl that helped me try on wigs was so nice! The only reason I'm giving this place any stars. The day staff I dunno if he is the owner but he is rude. I ask if they could cut the lace they say you pay first (like I wasn't going to pay for it). I asked about the 10% off the display he said not its the last wig one of a kind. I didn't understand because the one I bought 2days ago was also the last wig/one of a kind I bought a wig both times. I don't want to come back to the store because if the owner is rude like that why would I want to give him any of my business. He made me feel unwanted.

Love this business, always able to find what I want and need, and they have a large selection of just for fun items. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and the store is always clean and organized. Love you guys

I’ve visited this establishment maybe 3-4 times and my expectations was the usual like any other beauty supply visit, they watch over you, walk down isles with you walk around you and sometimes with no guilt stop and stare all the while NEVER ASKING IF YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE. My most recent visit however I came and completed a purchase and left fairly quickly. After realizing I forgot a product I drove back to the store there was a young male cashier who was very nice and polite but TWO employees stopped me ( they watched me the entire time I was there before I made my first purchase) asked me what I was looking for then told me that they didn’t have that item there. I simply replied with “okay thank you” I then turn the corner to see the item I just inquired about. FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I laughed and proceeded to checkout. I’ve spent HUNDREDS of dollars at this location per visit but I promise you I will no longer be returning. Racial profiling is still at large today. It’s unfortunate you can’t even shop close to home without feeling unwanted or like a criminal or something.
