Have always had a decent experience here, but the hours listed on google are wrong. Had an 8 am appointment, arrived at 7:45 (normal to arrive 15 minutes early for any doctor appointment), with google-listed hours showing a 7:30 opening, only to find the door locked and a mildly annoyed receptionist who did not unlock the door until 8am exactly citing an 8am opening time. So be aware of you have their first appointment!
I was able to schedule an appointment, and see a dermatologist for condition. I was very satisfied with the questions concerned about my psoriasis and allergic reaction to hair dye.I was informed of necessay care and products for my skin and scalp. My prescriptions were submitted timely, and I experience relief the same day. I highly recommended Dr. Soden Jr. If you are seeking an outstanding and successful dermatologist.
Dr. Soder said he would meet me out front after the appointment and give me the name of a vascular surgeon for me to see and the name or a prescription for a cream to use, but he didn't show up to give me either. One good thing is, during the appointment, he repeated the name of the diagnosis a dozen or so times to help me remember it. I was then able to find out more about it online. He's a personable doctor.
I scheduled my appointment for a peel 45-60 days in advance due to my busy schedule. I just received a call approx. 24 hrs before my appointment to let me know they are out of the product I need. Beware! Because of their poor planning, I have wasted time in planning, clearing my schedule, and planning my recovery time. I can't take time off work easily. Don't let this happen to you. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is just unprofessional and inconsiderate of patient time and effort.
The staff is extremely dismissive and rude. Lacks accountability or professionalism. The team lead Lucy is extremely unhelpful and the office manager Virginia is beyond disrespectful. Rather than finding resolution and apologizing, the staff will hang up and repeatedly refuse to answer the call. I had to call using unknown numbers or numbers the staff is not familiar with just to get a answer. Staff stated you cannot request a call back from the doctors so there is no way to make the doctor aware of any of dis mishandling. There is no assistance what so ever here. Patients should not have to do the staffs job just to receive needed medication that is being paid by the insurance. Whether you are respectful or yelling this staff refuses to do anything to help or even do their job which is unfortunate as the doctor is really caring and helpful.
