You need to teach other doctors offices how to run their front desk. You should be very proud of you office personel, nurses and PA'S. I was literally in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I was not rushed out. Sarah took her time and listened to all of my concerns. I am very sad to hear she is leaving. She is a wonderful PA and person.

This post is for my Mom who does not have access to a computer, she specifically wanted to leave a survey response in reference to her continued care from Sarah Scaggs. Sarah has always given excellent care to both of my parents. Her kind and empathic nature has always made their experiences less stressful. She takes time to explain processes and is always very thorough. She is very knowable and explains things in laymen terms and always with such professionalism and care for her patients. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and so glad we found her.

Super friendly and attentive staff. Also, very clean and bright office. Nothing but a positive experience. Accepted my VA benefits and were very knowledgeable. I recommend 100%. Sarah and her team are awesome.

Sarah and the team are the best. They’re friendly their knowledgeable and they were very approachable they the medication treatment has been very effective and I’m sorry to hear that Sarah is going to another area but as I also want to get a job, I am glad she is passing on her talents.
